Nurse Residency Program at WMMC

Through a curriculum that focuses on leadership, patient safety, professional role and skills, this program is designed to support and assist newly licensed nurses during their first year of practice.

WMMC utilizes the Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program, the gold standard for nurse residency programs and recognized by the Institute of Medicine, Magnet and The Joint Commission for bringing a critical component of nursing excellence.
